During the planning process, I’ll get to know you as a couple, so I can start to understand the journey that has led you to this special day. Finding subtle ways to incorporate your story into the design for your wedding flowers will see that it is refined, fresh and completely original to you.

We’ve perfected our role behind the scenes, always planning ahead and making sure every detail, be it big or small, has been carefully considered, so you can rest assured that everything will run seamlessly on the day.

Step 1:
Share Your Vision
The process begins with a 30 minute call where you can talk me through your dream vision.
We’ll discuss colour ideas, favourite flowers and the feel you want to create across all spaces. We’ll also discuss the flow of the day and how we can move floral arrangements around to maximise their use on the day.
Step 2:
Let the Designing Begin
Following our chat, I’ll create a proposal to help you visualise the colour palette and design choices, showing how everything will come together.
I’ll create a suggested investment sheet which we can refine and adjust as your plans and vision for the day become clearer.
Step 3:
Working Together
Once we have a plan in place and you can see the vision for your wedding flowers starting to take shape, we request a 35% booking fee to secure your date.
We finalise your order and timings around 6 weeks before your date and then you simply need to relax and let us do what we do best – create something spectacular.

Yes, of course! Flowers are such a key investment for your day so let’s make the most of them.
We can be very clever with how we move things, designing items with this in mind. We can also create new designs from larger designs if time allows on site, such as roses from your wedding aisle being repurposed for your table centres.

All fresh flowers are yours to gift and enjoy at home. We simply collect our hired vases and harvest the best of the flowers, bunching these for you the following morning. If your wedding is at home, we are happy to arrange flowers in your own vases to dot around your house.
Many of your flowers arrive with us at the very start of your wedding week, allowing time for them to open perfectly for your wedding day. They will have worked hard in warm venues and in installations pieces so please note that some will be past their best and will have given their all to your day.

Over my many years of working, I have signed many non-disclosure agreements so I’m very used to working this way.
We really respect our client’s wish for a truly private event and are therefore only able to share a selection of our work online. We never post images of your flowers before your wedding day and will ask your permission to share images from your photographer following your day.

The million dollar question! Also such a hard one for me as a florist to answer without getting to know you as a couple and understand where your priorities truly lie for your day. This is the time to move away from e-mails and have a lovely conversation over zoom.
I often find that 12% to 15% of your overall investment is a realistic place to start with flowers, with many of my clients falling into this bracket. If flowers are a key items for your day, this should increase to 20% plus.
I also find that couples often have a flower budget plus a styling budget. So much of what we offer would be considered as venue styling with candles, lanterns and loose fabric table runners all available. Some of your styling budget could therefore move across to your florals which needs to be considered.

My one piece of advice is to create yourselves a wedding design brief. Stick it on the fridge and use it to guide you through the crazy fabulous wedding industry you have now entered.
A great thing to do is to individually write down the key elements you are dreaming about for your day. The feel, the colours, the elements you are most excited by, etc. Swap lists and read through each other's thoughts and ideas. Once you’ve combined your ideas into a master list, you can use this brief to navigate your priorities for the day.
